ASTO UK Sail Training Conference 2026
The ASTO UK Sail Training conference took place on Thursday 29th January 2026 at the Royal Maritime Hotel, Portsmouth
Step 1: Please look at the programme in the link below as you need to book onto specific sessions when you complete the booking form.
Step 2: Please complete the booking form in the link below with your details, and session choices . The payment links will be displayed once you submit your form.
If you are an organisation booking multiple delegates please email admin@asto.org.uk for a Booking Spreadsheet instead of completing the form below.
If you are a non-ASTO Member please contact admin@asto.org.uk prior to making any booking or payment to check availability.
Step 3: Payment is required upon booking or upon receipt of the invoice.
The charges per person are as follows:
ASTO Members:
Conference entry – £35.00
Conference and Evening Meal – £50.50
Non Members:
Conference entry – £75.00
Conference and Evening Meal – £90.50
Venue
Please note the venue for the 2026 Conference will be the Royal Maritime Hotel, Portsmouth NOT Action Stations in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard – which is currently undergoing refurbishment.

Sail Training International Conference
Sail Training International’s 2024 Conference took place in A Coruña, Spain, on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd November.
The conference welcomed delegates from around the world – including Tall Ship owners and operators, sail training providers, Host Port organisers of future events – who enjoyed a programme full of informative sessions and invaluable networking opportunities.
